Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Rowen & Raye! If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
International Orders
- Due to the high shipping and customs costs, all international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Returns must be received on our end within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Exchange
We're happy to exchange sizing when available.
If the item you want to exchange is sold out, a refund will be issued according to our refund guidelines.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 3 -5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
- For returns not meeting our policy requirements, store credit may be issued instead.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat shipping fee of $7.50 will not be refunded once an order has shipped.
- For approved returns or exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
